    The worst service ever and the incompetence is beyond describable ! The worker had no idea what he was doing and the manager was beyond rude ! I'll never step foot in this store again and as soon as I pay my Optus account out after 15 years I'm gone and will never ever deal with Optus ever again! It's not just this store that literally has been incompetent for many years this I wouldn't go in there unless I absolutely had to and the customer PR was disgraceful ! Plus they literally had no clue what they were talking about and the manager tried to accuse me of having " their stores Optus print out that the worker Michael had previously printed off for me "
